I’ve been coming to Ruth for 2 years now, she’s always very kind and friendly, we always have lovely chats about everything. When I told her of my insane idea to shave my head and have different designs every couple of months, she was so onboard with it and worked with me to come up with new designs each time. i was really cautious to book here because i’ve had terrible past experiences with hairdressers but i’m so glad i found this place ! Ruth is amazing and she explained everything that would be done to my hair and she was checking i was happy every step of the process. I wanted to get rid of my uneven layers and she was completely honest about the process and how long it would take and she made a plan with me to eventually get my hair where i wanted it. she absolutely transformed my dead ends and made my hair look so thick and healthy. Julie is amazing, and all the girls that work there are so friendly and really look after me. Plus, you get a cup of the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted.
