Ruth is amazing and she explained everything that would be done to my hair and she was checking i was happy every step of the process. I wanted to get rid of my uneven layers and she was completely honest about the process and how long it would take and she made a plan with me to eventually get my hair where i wanted it. she absolutely transformed my dead ends and made my hair look so thick and healthy.
