I have always had a passion and drive for this industry.

I started my journey at the age of 16 and grew from there.

I worked hard to build my knowledge and expertise. By tapping into some of the industry’s best talent. I have had the privilege of joining a network of industry guru’s, along with having a business coach.

Then becoming a business coach myself.

Education plays a big part for myself and the team, I am passionate about supporting my team and inspiring them to evolve into the best version of themselves and become the best professionals they can be. Here at Wilkinson Smith we offer our staff a softer working week so they always stay fresh, and we pride ourselves on listening to each guest that comes to visit us.

Martin

Creative stylist

Over the past years Martin has developed a large, loyal client base. He has been involved in photo shoots and takes great pride in his work. Martin’s attention to detail is exceptional and together with his technical excellence ensures his clients not only look but feel amazing. Martin loves to learn, and feels there is still so much to learn.

If Martin is not working you will find him out on the open road, cycling is his happy place, being outside in the countryside.

Ruth is amazing and she explained everything that would be done to my hair and she was checking i was happy every step of the process.
